NatureBridge provides lodging and all meals from Friday afternoon through Monday morning. We do have enough space for all of you!
We’re looking forward to sharing the beautiful campus with you, which has swimming and paddling available on site (bring your paddleboards/kayaks) and walking access to some amazing hiking trails - meaning we can have lots of nature fun without having to drive the whole weekend!!
We have determined a reasonable lodging/meal cost per person (with a different per person amount for those who will have kids with them): $220 per adult, $240 per adult with children. This covers lodging and all meals for Friday afternoon through Monday morning.
In the RSVP form please let us know the nights you’re planning on staying - the cost remains the same for you regardless, but knowing how many people to expect for the meals will help us reduce waste.
Please email us if you have any questions about the arrangements.

We’ll provide drinks for the Sunday afternoon/evening wedding reception and dinner, of course.
For Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday afternoon/evening, those who’d like to drink can either bring their own or donate to a wine pool, a beer pool, or both. We’ll use the pool money to purchase kegs of beer (likely some broadly-appealing pale or IPA) and casks of red and white wine from Proletariat (no bottle waste!).
Important caveat: once the beer and wine are gone, the nearest store is about a 30 minute drive away on windy roads, so you might want to have a little back-up stash of your own. :)
Amount is at your discretion. If you need some guidance: $20 - $40 per person but use your best guess! See payment options below - just include “wine pool”, “beer pool” or “wine/beer pool” in your notes!
