Of course, on the second trip down there, sitting right on the end of an aisle was this high school band practice room door, 4" thick, double paned window, and completely burly. Also completely soundproofed - this still has the "drum room" sign taped up in the window, and the word "PRACTICE" is stencilled across the front. Perfect!
