The dinner party was set up underneath a classy clear canopy, and plated appetizers and entrees were carried past the hungry Toucans as they took a break on the beach, just steps away from the stage. After the gig, the caterers provided the band with generous supplies of delicious salmon, wild rice & shitake mushroom cakes, and fresh vegetables. Yup, it was a snog, all right!
