About The Toucans
Based in Sunny Seattle, the Toucans have been playing pan around the Tropical Northwest since 1988, and there's no end in sight!
Our dynamic four-piece steel drum band tirelessly travels the Puget Sound region in a spotless white van, always looking for fun, adventure, and that next bowl of potato salad. Our bright sunny sounds are sure to get your body moving and your spirit soaring!
Over the years, the Toucans have made loads of friends, buckets of great music, all kinds of crazy scenes, and even a mortal enemy or two (See Toucans vs. Kellogg's Trademark Dispute).
We've played on top of the Space Needle, at the bottom of the Seattle Aquarium, among the snowy peaks of the Cascade Mountains and along the shores of the Salish Sea. We've also performed for a Steel Sculpture Festival in Taiwan!
